We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@habeshawine.co.uk for assistance.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping (UK): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping (UK): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.
4. International Shipping
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s regulations.
5. Delivery Times
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Habesha Wine UK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@habeshawine.co.uk. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us at sales@habeshawine.co.uk with photos of the damaged items and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- For lost packages, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Restricted Items
Please note that some items, such as alcoholic beverages, may be subject to specific shipping regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to your location.
