1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with seals intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Products that have been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product received).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
